Welcome to Alice Lines Make Up. By booking a makeup service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking. By making a booking with us, you agree to these terms.

Services Provided

  • Alice Lines Make Up offers professional makeup services, including but not limited to Bridal Makeup, Occasion Makeup and Makeup Lessons. The specific services will be agreed upon at the time of booking.

 

Booking and Payment

    • A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to confirm your bridal booking. A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required to confirm your occasion booking.

    • The remaining balance for bridal is due two weeks before the date of the wedding. The remaining balance for occasion is due on the day of your appointment before the service begins.

    • Payments can be made via BACS or cash.

    • Failure to make the final payment will result in the service not being rendered.

    • All fees will be in accordance with the prices listed on this website.

 

Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

    • Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to your appointment.

    • Cancellations made with less than 30 days' notice will incur a fee of 100% of the total service fee. (And/or loss of deposit)

    • For rescheduled appointments, these are at the discretion of Alice Lines Make Up schedule. We will do our best to accommodate.

    • You can reschedule your appointment by using the by getting in touch with us at: alicelinesmakeup@gmail.com.

    • If you need to cancel your appointment, a full refund will be given provided it is within 30 day period.

    • All services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the service, we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns during the appointment. However, once the session is completed and the client has left, refunds will not be issued.

Travel and Additional Fees

    • A travel fee will be applied to locations, charged at 50p per mile.

    • Parking fees and tolls are the client’s responsibility and will be added to the final invoice. These will be agreed in advance.

    • Early morning fees apply to appointments starting before 8AM and will be charged at an additional cost of £10.

 

Health and Safety

    • You must inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or health conditions prior to your appointment.

    • We reserve the right to refuse service if there are any contagious conditions (such as cold sores or eye infections) that may pose a health risk.

    • We maintain the highest hygiene standards, using sanitized tools and professional products for every client.

 

Liability

    • Alice Lines Make Up is not responsible for any allergic reactions or skin complications resulting from the use of our makeup products. It is your responsibility to notify us of any allergies or sensitivities.

    • We are not responsible for any damage to clothing, personal property, or the venue during the makeup session.

 

Image Usage Rights

    • By booking with us, you agree to allow Alice Lines Make Up to take photographs of the makeup application for use in our portfolio, social media, and promotional materials, unless you provide written notice opting out before your appointment.

 

Client Satisfaction

    • Our goal is to ensure you are happy with the service. If you have any concerns, please let us know before you leave the appointment. Once you leave, it is assumed that you are satisfied with the service provided.

    • Any adjustments to the makeup after the appointment are your responsibility.

 

Force Majeure

    • Alice Lines Make Up is not liable for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, including illness, accidents, extreme weather, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, your deposit will be refunded, or we will reschedule the service at a mutually convenient time.

Late Arrivals

    • If you are late to your appointment, your session time may be reduced, or certain services may not be completed to accommodate the next client.

    • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment, and the deposit will not be refunded

Children and Additional Guests

  • Due to the nature of our work and for the safety and comfort of all clients, we kindly request that no children or additional guests accompany you to your appointment, unless prior approval is given.

  • Due to the nature of our work, we do have a minimum age policy of 16 years old. All under 18 year olds must be accompanied by an adult.

 

Contractual Agreement

  • By proceeding with your booking, you agree that this contract constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Alice Lines Make Up. You also confirm that all information provided (e.g., allergies, preferences) is accurate and up-to-date.

 

Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information you provide (such as contact details or skin conditions) will be kept confidential and only used to provide the best service. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent, in compliance with privacy laws.

 

Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of any dispute arising from these terms and conditions, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiations. If the matter cannot be resolved, it may be escalated to a formal mediation or legal process, depending on jurisdiction.

 

Amendments

    • We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms will be available on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them before making a booking.

 

By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
